Work Description:
The projects and facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting various Taggart Realty Management assets in a hands-on, proactive and reactive manner. The projects and facilities Coordinator will support the Facilities and Asset Management teams with various capital projects, administrative projects, liaising with stakeholders & contractors, coordinating services and maintaining / ensuring project records / data basis are maintained current with up-to-date information.
