We are looking for an experienced Shop Labourer to work within Flynn Ottawa's production facility.
A Day in the Life
· Assembling aluminium windows.
· Crating of fabricating materials.
· Installation of glass into frames.
· Perform inspections on finished products to ensure products produced meet quality standards
· Work with a team of individuals to build products that help build North American skylines
· Ensure work areas stay clean, orderly and free of hazards

What We Are Seeking
· Minimum 5 years' of shop or field/installation experience relating to glazing
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Quality-driven individual who has a good sense of planning
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Mechanically inclined and a problem solver
· Experience with installing glass an asset
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
· Team player with a proactive, safety-oriented mindset
