JOB OVERVIEW
OPG is looking for an innovative, proactive, and results-driven compensation professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Compensation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, the Manager, Compensation will be an integral individual contributor supporting compensation programs across OPG. The role will lead cross-functional projects and act as a key partner to the business, providing functional advice, guidance, delivery, and execution as a compensation subject matter expert. You will be responsible for implementing compensation strategies and programs to align with OPG's business objectives and growth strategy. You will collaborate with HR and operational teams across the business to drive OPG's compensation principles, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements and collective agreements. In this role, you will bring significant value by applying your creative and technical expertise, relationship management capabilities, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
