The Children & Youth Coordinator will provide oversight to youth and children ministries programs (ages 0-25) and give focused attention to strengthen and grow the programs and attend to the spiritual growth and development of the youth, children, and young adults who attend the North Toronto Community Church and /or are from the surrounding community. In a cooperative team-based environment the incumbent will design and implement a holistic Gospel centered and relational focused ministry including but not limited to Christian discipleship, leadership development, community outreach and community partnerships.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal hours of work: The working conditions are such that to meet the operational needs of the job, flexibility in scheduling is required as it relates to hours of work and work schedule. i.e., meetings with youth at regular events or special events/appointments. Schedule will include evenings and weekends.
