What You Would Be Doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning developers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software designs.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration, and version control, to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize technical debt.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development and AI, and apply them to enhance our products and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on software designs, and incorporate user insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What We Generally Look For:
- A passion for software development and a strong desire to work at the intersection of AI and technology to drive innovation and create value.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices, and the ability to apply them to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges, identify optimal solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Experience/knowledge of working with Machine Learning Models and products, considered a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
