We are currently seeking a Visual Presentation Manager who will seek inspiration from our roots, can commit to achieving results the right way and loves to think big to join us on our journey.

The Visual Presentation Manager for Roots will be responsible for the following:

• Lead design and production across experiential (3-D) touchpoints such retail, studio and misc event spaces; inclusive of but not limited to window sourcing & production, propping, 3D elements/hard goods, signage production, support special events
  • Work with Director, Creative Services to conceptualize all elements for our upcoming campaigns, including in-store features and window installations and translating window directives for stores across all tiers/levels
  • Work with VM Director to source and procure all elements for our upcoming campaigns, including in-store displays, activations and window installations for stores across all tiers/levels (within VM budgets).
  • Work with Director, Creative Services and PR team to conceptualize and produce/source all design elements across events
  • Work with Director, Creative Services on set design and prop styling across all photoshoot productions (within Studio budgets)
  • Work collaboratively with Store Director on new store concept, including space planning, sourcing and design
• Researching new market trends, innovative materials and processes related to retail
• Working with the Director, Creative Services, Visual Merchandising Teams, and/or a Creative Agency to create global seasonal retail concepts for brand, campaign, and special projects
• Partnering cross-functionally to develop and adapt retail concepts for all channels (brand stores, partner stores, factory outlets, shop in shop, etc.)
• Creating 3D executions/experiences and translating 3D concepts into 2D mock-ups that facilitate comprehension to stakeholders
• Preparing concepts, layouts, and mock-ups as needed for projects using Adobe CC Suite and/or traditional tools, multimedia software and 3D image processing software
• Providing design guidance and consultation for retail initiatives
• Maintain visual hierarchy, consistent typography, brand standards, appropriate seasonal tone, spelling, and version control across multiple projects
• Partner with Visual Merchandising team to establish scope and meet time sensitive deadlines

Top candidates for the Visual Presentation Manager role will have the following:

• Proficient in Adobe CC Suite, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Smartsheet and MS Office
• Strong understanding of architecture, graphic design and the retail landscape
• Experience with brand and product to life in the consumer journey through premium retail executions and experiences
