Join us as Method Quality Engineer, and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in La Pocatiere (QC), CA.

Partner with Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Alstom Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams
  • Define inspection plan along with the methods department
  • Actively participate to design review.
  • Deliver training for Quality teams to Industrial Quality Standards.
  • Perform Workstation audits planning, ensure follow-up & management of relevant action plans.
  • Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Graduated from Technical and/or Quality and/or Engineering degree
  • 5 years experiences in Industrial
  • Fluent in French, English proficient
  • Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
  • Quality auditor (Desirable)
  • Autonomous and curious
  • Technical mastering of railway products
  • Experience with an ERP (like SAP for example)
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
