Job Description

Accenture Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement, and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s Intelligent Operations centers around the world.

WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Contract Administrator Analyst, you will be involved in developing, negotiating, and evaluating company contracts to meet the client as well as organization’s needs. You will be help to ensure that parties involved are complicit with the terms of the contract, as well as ensuring that all contracts abide by local and regulatory laws. This role will work with both onshore and offshore teams to provide tactical support managing the contracts strategy by generating reports on the status of existing agreements, negotiating contract terms, conditions and pricing and following up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms.

Hours of Operation

The Contract Administrator Analyst role is a full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday. The work schedule is between 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or attend team meetings. Role to be located onsite in Sept-Iles, Quebec.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3-5 years in contract administration or a related field like accounting, finance or legal

  • Exposure to managing contracts in large projects.

  • Some knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.

  • Strong eye for detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts.

  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Intermediate level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)

  • A proactive team player

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • A talent to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies.

  • Excellent client management skills

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional negotiation and mediation skills

  • Proficient knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to relevant contracts within the industry

  • Bilingual (French and English)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP ERP experience

  • A business diploma in a related field and/or 2-3+ years of work experience in contract administration preferred

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
