Type of position: Temporary

Description

As an environmental technician, your duties will consist of working on client sites to ensure work is carried out in compliance with the directives set out in the permits.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site supervision.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Draft reports.
  • Write and follow up on non-conformity reports.
  • Ensure environmental compliance of work.
  • Attend training, when required.
  • Keep various logs up to date.
  • Ensure continuous communication with the various stakeholders on work sites and in the design offices.

Requirements

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Strong skills in writing reports
  • Attentive and rigorous in applying and respecting environmental laws and regulations
  • Available for short- and long-term work assignments at client locations or sites
  • ASP Construction training
