We are looking for a Head of delivery manager that will report directly to the VP operation. You will be responsible for managing all delivery operations and improving customer satisfaction. If you have a proven track record at developing and implementing strategic plans to meet delivery goals; you might be the right person to join a dynamic and successful team.
Location : Downtown Montreal
Salary range: 135k-145k+ bonus

Main functions:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of delivery managers.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet delivery goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient delivery.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics.
- Implement improvements to delivery systems and processes.
- Manage relationships with key delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in business, logistics or related field., MBA preferred, or other Equivalent Educational Experiences.
- 2-10 years of experience as a delivery manager in the industry of IT consulting, software or hardware.
- Like working with fast-paced teams in a fast-growing environment.
