About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily planning, follow-up and optimization of the demand required to support the production deliverables.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily production meetings and coordinating production workflow for one or multiple production areas
  • Analyze production factors such as capacity, cycle time and urgencies to ensure production plan achievement
  • Determining manpower and equipment to cover production demand
  • Support Warehouse Order (WO) creation requirements as well Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data management
  • Developing standardized, custom reports as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the team in capacity modelling and production analysis.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-year experience or equivalent
  • Organized, results-driven with great problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are very useful for the role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to forge ties and build relations between colleagues
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Must be bilingual (French and English) (written, read and spoken).

Additional skills desired for the role

  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or other similar tools.
