Your future role on our team

Our experienced electrical engineering team, which supports projects in the energy, mining and heavy industry sectors, is expanding quickly. As part of the decarbonization process, the projects we work on require us to design innovative solutions that comply with sustainable development and greenhouse gas reduction regulations.

To support our growth, we're looking for an engineer and project manager. In your role, you'll lead teams working in electrical engineering. You'll draw on your experience to understand the specific needs of each project and client, define the required deliverables and oversee and participate in their execution, while also serving as a coach to less experienced resources.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals and participate in business development activities.
  • Work on various stages of major projects, depending on the level of engineering involved.
  • Lead and carry out electrical engineering projects for industrial clients.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary projects as the person in charge of the electrical portion.
  • Oversee the preparation of plans and specifications, procurement packages, material takeoffs and studies, as well as the drafting of technical study reports.
  • Monitor the electrical engineering project team, budgets, schedules, design reviews and deliverable quality as well as health and safety.
  • Check performance indicators and share results with clients on a monthly basis.
  • Present change notices to clients and define additional mandates with them.
  • Offer coaching to project leaders to achieve objectives.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • At least ten years of professional experience in industrial and multidisciplinary projects
  • Technical and functional skills in industrial power distribution (MV and LV)
  • Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
