What we are looking for

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is a key role at GoodLeaf Farms and will be responsible for executing finance planning, forecasting and budgets. This role will be a leader in producing consistently accurate reporting on revenues, costs, and process optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the annual budgeting process

  • Manage and oversee variance analysis and reporting

  • Identify cost saving opportunities

  • Support the executive and farm operations teams in identifying cost savings to optimize operational effectiveness

  • Support management in fund raising opportunities

  • Lead budget and forecast development and management

  • Prepare value and analytical reports

  • Complete special projects as needed

Qualifications & Educational Requirements

  • CPA or MBA designation is required

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role for a CPG company

  • Bilingual (English / French) would be an asset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Strong ability to stay organized

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
