The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is a key role at GoodLeaf Farms and will be responsible for executing finance planning, forecasting and budgets. This role will be a leader in producing consistently accurate reporting on revenues, costs, and process optimization.
Oversee the annual budgeting process
Manage and oversee variance analysis and reporting
Identify cost saving opportunities
Support the executive and farm operations teams in identifying cost savings to optimize operational effectiveness
Support management in fund raising opportunities
Lead budget and forecast development and management
Prepare value and analytical reports
Complete special projects as needed
CPA or MBA designation is required
5-10 years of experience in a similar role for a CPG company
Bilingual (English / French) would be an asset
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Customer service orientation
Strong ability to stay organized
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
