IT Network Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Network Manager will be responsible for ensuring the performance of the network architecture while managing an IT team of approximately 4 people (2 permanent staff and 2 consultants). This international company is seeking a leader and the number one reference person in the field of networking. Due to a lack of successors, this position is expected to evolve into a strategic role in the short to medium term.

• Maintain the architecture of the computer network and direct technological choices
• Coach the team, encourage information sharing and contribute to professional development
• Ensure the success of various network projects (wireless, LAN, refresh, security, cloud computing, etc.)
• Work in an infrastructure with more than 100 different sites, 3000 routers, 2000 switches
• Work in an environment mainly on Cisco, Azure, AWS, GCP

PROFILE

• 7+ years of networking experience (LAN, WAN, wireless networks)
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Strong professional experience in computer network architecture
• Mastery of the administration of at least one Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Good knowledge of Cisco products
• Spirit of collaboration, human leadership, and communication skills
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• English required
