Industrial Engineer, New Product Development

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer. You will be part of a team of key influential players supporting the NPD Project Leader in the exciting and challenging world of BRP product development. You will also have the opportunity to work with a multicultural team (Canada, Mexico) of dedicated and passionate people. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Support the early stages preliminary sequences:
  • Build visual instructions.
  • Review sequence throughout as development progresses.
• Be responsible & guardian of the Manufacturing Architecture:
  • Manufacturer requirements for function cutting.
  • Process cutting.
• Responsible for identifying, communicating, and monitoring non-functional manufacturing requirements (Assembly).
• Responsible for the sequence's validation in the P1 and P3 phases; (Ergonomic, H&S).
• Support DFX, PFMEA process, Workshops & Preliminary layout.
• Contribute to NPD governances with the Project Leader.
• Responsible for risk assessment in relation to his main functions.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• English & French both, knowledge of English is essential since the candidate will have to interact on a regular basis with peers located in Mexico.
• Good command of Google Suite, Catia, 3DVIA & SAP.
• Ability to Work in Harmony with Co-Workers, openness to other cultures.

Frequent travel to Mexico (three to four times a year).
