We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer reporting to the Project Manager, Spyder Engineering to help us develop the most innovative vehicles. In this role, you'll have a guaranteed impact on the continuous improvement of Can-Am Spyders to impress the passionate users of our products!

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop system components from concept to production;
  • Collaborate with the Design, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality and Production teams at various stages of the product development process.
  • Contribute to the establishment of performance criteria and validation plans and ensure that they are implemented.
  • Conduct studies, analyses and calculations in order to guide, using general and specific technical parameters, design technicians and project developers in their work.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Are familiar with the operation and construction of mechanical systems for motor vehicles
  • Have proven project management skills
  • Have strong learning and adaptability skills
  • Are a great collaborator and exceptional team player
