Surface Designer, Vehicles Development - Spontaneous application
We are looking for a surface designer for the engineering team, you will be reporting to the Team Leader of Vehicle Engineering, and have a major impact on the design, development and validation of various surface systems of a recreational vehicle.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Perform comprehensive modelling of aesthetic parts with complex surfaces and technical drawings (GD&T) during the development of the vehicle from the prototype phase to the production launch.
- Support the workshop in the assembly, testing and validation of prototype vehicles.
- Actively participate in the configuration of vehicle hardware.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers in the design and development of new parts, systems and vehicles.
- Collaborate with various suppliers and the design, production, purchasing, quality assurance and manufacturing engineering teams.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- A technical college diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or plastics engineering, or relevant design experience.
- Good understanding of mechanics and good 3D visualization.
- Experience in 3D modelling and surface design.
- Ability to use software such as Catia V5 or Solidworks.
- Ability to communicate well in English and French (written and spoken).
- Desire to take on challenges as part of a team.
- Strong interest in finding creative solutions to problems that arise and you are recognized for your creativity.
