KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas Of Accountability Clinic Team – this team is responsible for correcting issues discovered in the factory and select issues from the Field; It is also responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 and CE (Machinery Directive) certification and the QMS (Quality Management System) by maintaining and updating Work Instructions and Procedures. Assist with Factory and Field Issues/Clinics - Perform daily Clinic activities, work with Suppliers, Global Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations to find Root Cause and implement Corrective Actions, follow-up with all stakeholders, make sure all actions are implemented, provide feedback, close loop. QMS document maintenance – QMS Standard Work Instructions and Procedures updates, follow up with document owners to ensure that documents are up to date. Data Analysis requests – execute quality data analysis requests from business partners, participating in Quality Andon Clinic data and metrics cleanup. Supplier Form Requests – complete forms requested from our external customers. Metrics Update and call investigation – update internal metrics and investigate reasons behind the metrics. Control Points and Non-Conformance Management – responsible to notify suppliers of non-conformance, helping drive corrective actions and process improvements. WIP Containment of suspect part coming from suppliers – work with Inspection team on containments. Inventory Containment Activities – ensuring parts in inventory are within specification. Factory Containment (Machines) – work with NC technicians to ensure that any issues discovered are dealt with and will not escape to end customer. 5S (QA Office, Red Tag) – maintain a tidy and clean workplace. Creating Quality Alerts Critical Capabilities Strong interest and curiosity on how to produce a best-in-class quality product. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills. Excellent ability to reason and think critically and logically. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously, and as part of a highly cohesive team. Good ability to learn quickly and strong research capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office Basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical schematics. Good Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis using 5Whys, Fishbone diagram Commitment to working with integrity and honesty. Basic Knowledge of Power BI and Dev Ops. Requirements
Requires a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering or equivalent experience. Must be able to work rotating shifts and commute to Bolton, ON.
