Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair shop equipment such as forklifts, welding machines, compressors, and cranes, as well as general facility systems. Coordinate external servicing and inspections, support production with equipment and consumables, maintain records and repair plans, and help keep the facility safe and operational.

Analyze manufacturing processes and performance data to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Lead and implement sustainable Lean improvements, standardize successful changes, monitor KPIs, and support employees through training and collaboration.
