Job Description

We are hiring Construction General Laborers to join our construction team. As part of our crew, you?ll play a hands-on role in supporting a variety of construction projects for both residential and commercial work in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. What You?ll Be Doing

• Perform site preparation, setup, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Perform physical demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
• Support the foreman and crew with any other necessary tasks such as basic installation, framing, concrete work and demolition tasks.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (e.g., drills, saws, compactors).
• Work in dirty/dusty environments (excavation, concrete, waterproofing, etc.) as required.
• As required, perform work in all weather conditions and while being exposed to outdoor elements: heat, cold, rainy weather, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.

What We?re Looking For

• Previous qualifying construction laborer experience
• Strong work ethic and the ability to safely handle tools and equipment
• A team-first mindset ? able to follow direction, dependable, punctual, and cooperative
• Valid driver?s license and ability to travel to project sites (mileage expenses will be reimbursed)
