We serve more than 96,000 resident in over 1600 seniors and other communities (long-term care homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes). We are a national organization with a large network of pharmacy fulfillment centres that allows us to deliver medications in a timely and cost-effective manner. We take an active role in working with out home operator partners to promote resident health, staff education, and medication system quality and efficiency.

Your Day To Day 

  • Set up medication/treatment carts, and other pharmacy provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation for deployment at facilities
  • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
  • Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required
  • Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes
  • Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
  • Pre-stage equipment for delivery such as: fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc. 
  • Track and record CareRx assets to Salesforce inventory
  • Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use 
  • Miscellaneous support functions as required 

 

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
  • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
  • Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
  • Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
  • Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality
  • Must demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in job environment
  • Must be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs
