Skilled diesel truck Mechanic We are looking for skilled diesel mechanic to join our team and help maintain our mid-size fleet of dump trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Routine maintenance and greasing
• Break repairs and adjustments
• knowlege of DEF systems
• Hydraulics troubleshooting and repair
• Lights and wiring diagnosics and repair as needed.
• Welding if required.
• Suspension u-joints Air bags ect.
• Must Have a Valid D/Z Licence/

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and related systems, utilizing mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Operate hand and power tools to conduct maintenance and repairs on Dump Trucks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards with some heavy lifting on equipment and performing tasks.
• Provide communication effectively regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Summary

As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing tri axle dump trucks. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge, diesel repair, to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your premium experience with heavy trucks, will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and schematics will support effective communication with our team members, making you a vital asset in our organization?s commitment to excellence.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
