S&T Construction Group is looking for labourers/installers with hands-on construction experience for project-based work that typically transitions into full-time work for the right candidates.

Preferred experience:

• Steel erection
• Fabric structure/building installation
• Overhead door installation
• Insulation
• General construction
• Oil & Gas site experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Comfortable working at heights

Required certifications/tickets:

• CSTS
• WHMIS
• Fall Protection
• First Aid
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP/MEWP)
• Telehandler ticket

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
• LOA provided for out-of-town projects

We're looking for reliable workers with practical field experience who can step onto site, work safely, and require minimal supervision.
