Role: Adobe Creative Suite Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $21 - $70/hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Adobe Specialist (Illustrator/After Effects/Photoshop) to work on a contract basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to help train next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality, real-world training materials and delivering virtual instruction. Your work will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across industries such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of AI through your domain knowledge and creative skills, without requiring prior experience in AI development.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop with emphasis on AI-powered features and workflows. • Lead interactive virtual training sessions, tailoring instruction to various skill levels and learning styles using evidence-based instructional design principles. • Create engaging training materials, tutorials, and documentation to support ongoing learner development and skill retention. • Assess learners’ progress through structured evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training approaches based on performance data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with evolving AI model requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both traditional and AI-enhanced design workflows. • Experience creating instructional materials such as video tutorials, written guides, and interactive learning content for digital design tools. • Proven ability to deliver virtual training sessions effectively, with strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences. • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their application in real-world workflows, including generative AI features in Adobe applications. • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies, with the ability to learn and integrate new tools and platforms quickly. • Experience with learner assessment methodologies and the ability to provide actionable, growth-oriented feedback.
