What are your contributions to the team?
Support video projects from concept to delivery, including basic editing, color correction, and audio balancing. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, product, events) to execute creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Assist in the development of mood boards, storyboards, and scripts. Contribute to project coordination by maintaining clear communication and supporting alignment with stakeholders. Produce high-quality video and motion content under the guidance of senior team members. Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Apply fundamental knowledge of camera operation, composition, and lighting in both studio and on-location settings. Operate video equipment, including cameras, basic audio gear, and lighting setups. Stay informed on emerging trends in video and motion design. Support coverage of internal events, with occasional travel as required.
How to thrive in this role?
You have 1–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or motion design. You have a basic understanding of video storytelling, editing workflows, and brand consistency. You have experience collaborating within a team environment. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. You are proficient in Final Cut Pro; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. You have a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You have good communication skills in English and French. You have aviation or corporate marketing exposure; this is considered an asset.
