About the role: Vantage Endoscopy is seeking a driven and clinically minded Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our technology portfolio and the healthcare professionals who depend on it delivering expert training, supporting product adoption, and partnering closely with our sales team to advance clinical outcomes across Canada.
What you’ll do: This role is responsible for a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to: Deliver comprehensive on-site product training to customers across the full Vantage portfolio, ensuring clinical proficiency and confidence at every level. Educate and support the internal sales team on the clinical application, technical features, and therapeutic value of portfolio products. Develop and sustain meaningful customer relationships through proactive, timely, and professional communication. Provide dedicated on-site support for product trials and installations, with a typical commitment of approximately two weeks per occurrence. Represent Vantage Endoscopy at conferences and customer education events, providing booth support and serving as a credible clinical resource. Lead in-depth classroom lectures and hands-on wet lab training sessions tailored to diverse clinical audiences. Organize, develop, and maintain all training materials and course documentation for product installs and ongoing education programs. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, advancing them forward with a clinical and evidence-based focus. Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing specialized support to drive sales of targeted medical products and solutions.
Requirements: The successful individual will possess the following skills and qualifications: Genuine passion for continued learning and professional development within the medical device space. Flexible and adaptive communicator able to tailor training approaches to the unique needs of each customer. Positive, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic and evolving environments with a solutions-first mindset. Strong problem-solver who responds to challenges with composure, creativity, and swift action. Personable and relationship-driven; naturally inclined to build lasting professional rapport with clinical customers. Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (required) Valid Canadian driver’s license (required) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Hours and Locations: This role requires travel up to 75% of the time, including some weekend travel.
