Role Description This full-time, on-site Journeyman Plumber / Gasfitter (A and B certification) role is based in Calgary, AB. The position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and gas systems for residential and commercial HVAC applications. Day-to-day tasks include working with piping systems, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and completing preventative and corrective maintenance. The role also includes reading and interpreting technical drawings, adhering to safety and building codes, and collaborating with other technicians and team members. Providing clear communication and professional, courteous service to clients is an essential part of this role. Qualifications Strong plumbing skills, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial systems. Experience working with pipe systems, including fitting, testing, and maintaining gas and water lines. Proficiency in maintenance and repair activities, with a focus on HVAC-related equipment and systems. Commitment to excellent customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on-site. Valid Journeyman Plumber certification and Gasfitter A and B certification (or equivalent, as applicable). Knowledge of local plumbing, gas, safety, and building codes, and ability to follow company and regulatory standards. Ability to work safely with tools, equipment, and materials, including in varied indoor and outdoor environments. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around Calgary, AB.
