We are a fast-growing startup that prioritizes speed and impact in everything we do, and we’re looking for a dedicated Frontend Engineer to spearhead our EV Sales Hub efforts. This role is essential to our mission of enabling mass EV adoption by helping dealerships sell 1 million EVs in the next 5 years.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring every customer launch meets Lyteflo’s quality standards. You will be responsible for testing every dealership implementation before it goes live, verifying that our EV Sales Hub widget functions correctly across multiple websites and devices, and ensuring that all customer-specific configurations are accurate. In addition to software testing, you will help maintain the quality of our EV data by reviewing vehicle specifications, validating battery information, verifying incentive data, and filling in missing or inconsistent data. Your attention to detail will directly impact the experience delivered to hundreds of dealerships and thousands of EV shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive QA testing before every customer launch. Execute launch checklists and approve customer deployments for production. Test the EV widget across different browsers, devices, and dealership websites. Validate customer-specific branding, integrations, and configuration. Identify, document, and report bugs and usability issues. Verify the accuracy of EV vehicle specifications, battery information, incentives, charging information, and other product data. Research and enter missing or incomplete vehicle data into internal systems. Review existing data for consistency and accuracy. Work closely with Engineering and Product to resolve issues before launch. Maintain testing procedures, documentation, and QA checklists. Continuously improve launch and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in software Quality Assurance or manual testing. Experience with data entry, data validation, or maintaining structured datasets. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based applications. Ability to identify inconsistencies and investigate data issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple customer launches simultaneously.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in the automotive, EV or dealership. Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar issue-tracking tools. Knowledge of electric vehicles, vehicle specifications, battery technology, or charging. Experience testing SaaS or web applications. Basic understanding of HTML or browser developer tools.
