We are looking for a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our crew.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in commercial and residential flatwork and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

* Experience placing, spreading, and finishing concrete

* Ability to operate power screed and power trowel (helicopter)

* Experience using bull float (buffalo) and concrete vibrators

* Ability to screed, rake, edge, joint, and finish concrete properly

* Experience forming corners, edges, and maintaining proper grade/slopes

* Knowledge of broom finish and smooth finish

* Ability to read concrete and understand finishing timing

* Experience with saw cutting and curing is an asset

* Ability to work in fast-paced environments and all weather conditions

* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in sidewalks, driveways, warehouse floors, patios, and commercial slabs

* Basic blueprint and grade-reading skills

* Valid driver?s license

* English communication skills

* Safety certifications (CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection) are an asset
