Job Title: IAM Cybersecurity Operations Lead (IAM Operations Lead) - REMOTE

Job Description We are seeking an experienced IAM Cybersecurity Operations Lead to oversee end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient identity lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM/PAM technologies, ITIL processes, and customer-facing service delivery. This role requires leading IAM operations, driving governance and compliance, managing SLAs/KPIs, and serving as the primary operational interface for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IAM operations, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access provisioning, de-provisioning, access modifications, and recertification. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational excellence by monitoring ticket queues, backlog, response quality, and ticket aging. Drive continuous process improvements across IAM operations. Lead operational governance, compliance, audit support, and reporting activities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly service reports and conduct customer service review meetings. Act as the primary escalation point for critical IAM incidents, operational issues, and risk management. Ensure effective execution of ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management. Build, mentor, and manage high-performing onshore and offshore IAM operations teams. Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver secure and reliable IAM services.

Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity Operations. 5–6 years of experience leading IAM operations teams. Hands-on experience with IAM/PAM technologies. Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, Access Provisioning, Access Reviews, and Access Recertification. Experience managing operational governance, SLA/KPI tracking, audit compliance, and stakeholder communication. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM). Excellent leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
