Join Us as an Embroidery Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator with 5+ years of apparel embroidery experience to join our production team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality embroidered products. You will be responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring consistent quality across orders.

Skils:

• 5+ years of experience in apparel embroidery
• Experience operating embroidery machines in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to manage multiple machines and maintain production flow
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Troubleshooting machine issues
• Reliable, organized, and team oriented

Duties:

• Hooping garments for embroidery production
• Performing thread color changes according to work orders
• Setting up embroidery machines for production runs
• Troubleshooting thread breaks and minor machine issues
• Performing quality checks to ensure embroidery accuracy and consistency
• Operating and monitoring multiple embroidery machines simultaneously
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations
• Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets
