Join Us as an Embroidery Machine Operator
We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator with 5+ years of apparel embroidery experience to join our production team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality embroidered products. You will be responsible for operating commercial embroidery machines, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring consistent quality across orders.
Skils:
- 5+ years of experience in apparel embroidery
- Experience operating embroidery machines in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to manage multiple machines and maintain production flow
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting machine issues
- Reliable, organized, and team oriented
Duties:
- Hooping garments for embroidery production
- Performing thread color changes according to work orders
- Setting up embroidery machines for production runs
- Troubleshooting thread breaks and minor machine issues
- Performing quality checks to ensure embroidery accuracy and consistency
- Operating and monitoring multiple embroidery machines simultaneously
- Maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Following production schedules and meeting daily output targets
