Responsibilities: -Responsible for developing, implementing, recording, evaluating, and improving the mine maintenance program-Responsible for the improving training programs-Maintain and improve an preventative maintenance program and work order process-Plan and organize maintenance work-Assist with planning, scheduling, and budgeting of departmental objectives-Manage inventory and cost control-Conduct investigations to improve maintenance and warehouse inventories-Ensure that regulatory, licensing, permit, and company requirements are met promptly-Establish a documentation system to measure performance-Assess maintenance from a technical viewpoint, document deficiencies, report findings, and suggest improvements-Compile reports as required Skills and Qualifications:-Must have considerable maintenance experience in a similar role-Secondary education is required (degree, diploma, or certificate)o Preference will be given to those with a Mechanical background-5+ years of supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities-Experience in Reliability based maintenance strategies-SAP knowledge is an asset Work Location & Schedule:-McClean Lake Operations, Northern Saskatchewan -Fly-in/Fly-out operation with on-premise camp facilities-7 day in/ 7 day out schedule. Adjustments will be required periodically-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside or normal working hours may be required
