About the role
- As a Senior Product Designer II, you will play a vital role in defining and shaping how players interact with our current and future products
- Translate broad, conceptual ideas into meaningful, player-centric product experiences that surprise and delight, leveraging a strong foundation in UI/UX and responsive design
- Own the evolution of a scalable design system, applying best practices and technical pipeline development suited for gaming and loyalty platforms
- Design end-to-end user flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into intuitive, usable interfaces
- Produce sketches, concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate across teams
- Lead design discovery and experimentation, independently planning and conducting research, prototyping, and usability testing to identify the most impactful opportunities
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to guide the user experience from concept through launch
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as needed throughout the product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to define event tracking and measurement strategies that validate design hypotheses and inform iteration
- Contribute to the evolution of team design practices, standards, and documentation to support consistency and quality across the product- Hands-on experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing independently, using tools such as UserTesting, Maze, or equivalent methods
- 7+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience operating at a senior or lead individual contributor level
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong prototyping skills, with experience selecting appropriate fidelity to support discovery, validation, and delivery
- Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, along with experience using complementary tools within the Adobe Creative Suite
- A collaborative, self-directed mindset with a track record of driving clarity and momentum in ambiguous problem spaces
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Proven experience building and evolving scalable design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across products
- Ability to partner with data and analytics teams and leverage product insights to inform and validate design decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives end-to-end, translating broad concepts into shipped products within gaming, mobile, or loyalty platforms
