Maintenance Technician
About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing environment in Caledon, ON Location: Caledon, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $24/hour Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Support quality inspections and ensure equipment meets operational standards Coordinate with external contractors when required Maintain a safe and organized work environment Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed Requirements 442A Industrial Electrician License (309A or 442A strongly preferred) Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics Forklift experience is considered an asset
