Ground Disturbance - Level 1 program. Ground Disturbance - Level II program. Type of heavy equipment operated: Caterpillar (CAT) controls. John Deere controls. Area of work experience: Fine grading and finishing. Land clearing. Type of industry experience: Oil and Gas Well Sites. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Safety glasses/goggles. Safety vest. Gloves.
