Our client designs and manufactures flexible ducts as well as technical accessories for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems. At the core of its operations are specialized production equipment combining material processing, insulation, and assembly, requiring precision and attention to detail. In a context of sustained growth, the company is currently seeking a motivated Machine Operator ready to actively contribute to the manufacturing of reliable and high-performance products within the team.

Responsibilities:

-       Prepare raw materials according to production instructions.

-       Operate insulation equipment with precision and efficiency.

-       Assemble components and verify the compliance of finished products.

-       Maintain a consistent production pace to meet daily targets.

-       Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the workstation.

-       Follow all health and safety standards.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

-       Good understanding of spoken French.

-       Experience operating machinery (an asset).

-       Ability to perform physical work (handling loads).

-       Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-       Manual dexterity, precision, and reliability.

-       Training will be provided during the day and/or in a hybrid format during the first few weeks.

Salary: Starting at $20.90 per hour + production bonus of up to $4 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
