We’re Hiring: Civil Estimator | Edmonton Area Blackline Civil is an Alberta-based heavy civil contractor specializing in earthworks, underground utilities, industrial site development, and municipal infrastructure. We partner with developers, engineers, and municipalities to deliver high-quality projects across Western Canada. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Estimator to join our growing Edmonton-area team.
