VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking full-time Production Team Leaders to join our growing team on both Day and Night Shifts. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency and safety standards on the production floor. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate production team members to meet daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of resources and materials
• Train, mentor, and support production staff to maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards
• Ensure products are manufactured according to company specifications and quality requirements
• Oversee machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to verify product quality and compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimize production processes
• Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and performance
• Promote a positive and safe work environment that fosters teamwork and accountability

What You’ll Bring

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes (door, window, or metal fabrication experience is an asset)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and production reporting tools

Currently hiring for two shifts:

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
