Must-have requirements: 5–7 years of experience in data science, applied AI, or machine learning roles Strong expertise in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and LLM evaluation techniques 5+ years of experience with Python for building data pipelines and integrating AI/ML services 5+ years of experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured data Strong understanding of model limitations, bias, and responsible AI practices Nice to have skills: Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions+ Previous Banking Experience Previous research experience in AI/ML Hands-on experience with hosted LLM platforms and APIs (e.g., Gemini or equivalent) Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade LLM or NLP-based solutions
