You will join a fast-scaling, product-driven engineering environment focused on building high-impact mobile solutions that power real-time fleet intelligence. In this role, you will shape the mobile experience that connects complex cloud-based systems with end users in the field, enabling smarter and safer fleet operations. You will work on cross-platform applications used daily by drivers and fleet managers, where performance, reliability, and usability are critical. The position offers strong ownership of the mobile stack, from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate closely with product, backend, and QA teams in a remote-first setting built on trust and autonomy. Accountabilities: Design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript. Integrate mobile applications with AWS microservices, Firebase services, and real-time APIs. Implement offline-first capabilities, secure data synchronization, and resilient mobile architecture. Develop clean, reusable, testable code while ensuring a high standard of user experience and performance. Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient iOS and Android releases. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, designers, and QA to deliver impactful features. Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve mobile development practices. Requirements: 5+ years of professional mobile development experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript in production environments. Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, React hooks, and modern mobile architecture patterns. Experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Solid hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics). Familiarity with mobile build processes and tooling (Xcode, Gradle, Fastlane). Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Strong knowledge of state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows. Excellent communication skills in a remote-first, distributed team environment. Nice to have: exposure to Swift, Kotlin, or Java; experience with React JS; familiarity with AWS, microservices, or real-time systems; experience with mobile CI/CD tools like Bitrise, AppCenter, or GitLab Actions; background in fleet, logistics, or telematics platforms.
