Shop Labourer | Parts Runner Location: Alberta (Central / Northern Projects) Company: Blackline Civil Position Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Labourer / Parts Runner to support daily operations in a busy shop environment. This is a hands-on position that combines general labour duties with picking up and delivering parts to keep our team running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials to/from suppliers and job sites Assist with loading and unloading materials Maintain shop cleanliness and organization Support technicians and shop staff with general labour tasks Track and verify parts orders and receipts Perform basic vehicle and equipment checks Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications & Experience Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work Strong time management and reliability Basic knowledge of tools, parts, or mechanical systems is an asset Good communication and teamwork skills What We’re Looking For Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems High accountability Team-first mindset with a focus on execution Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Extended health and benefits package Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding civil division Supportive team environment
