Vineyard Tractor Operator

What You’ll Do:
- Operate tractors and vineyard equipment safely and efficiently across estate vineyards
- Perform key vineyard tasks including mowing, cultivation, spraying, hedging, and harvest support
- Assist in maintaining vine health and fruit quality through precise, hands-on fieldwork
- Execute daily and seasonal vineyard operations
- Clean, inspect, and support routine maintenance of tractors and implements
- Ensure equipment is properly calibrated for accurate application of materials
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of agricultural products
- Perform physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the growing season
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated tractor operating experience
- Solid mechanical understanding with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance
- Valid B.C. driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Valid Class 1/3 license is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg (approx. 50 lb).
