About the role
Noctis Nova is looking for volunteer innovation contributors to help research, plan, and build experimental future-tech projects.
We are a creative technology studio focused on wild ideas, AI tools, automation, software prototypes, web apps, custom systems, and concepts that feel different from normal apps.
This is not focused on one single project. Contributors may help with different ideas depending on their skills, interests, and available time.
This is a volunteer contributor opportunity, not a paid employment position. It is best for students, beginner developers, designers, researchers, AI users, or creative builders who want to learn, work with a team, gain experience, and add real projects to their portfolio.
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools are allowed and encouraged. However, basic coding knowledge is required. Contributors must be able to understand, review, test, and explain AI-generated work so we avoid bugs, broken logic, unsafe code, and security risks.
Responsibilities: Research future technology ideas and experimental concepts Help brainstorm, plan, and organize new projects Contribute to software prototypes, web apps, AI tools, automation, or custom systems Test ideas, report issues, and give useful feedback Write documentation, project notes, or research summaries Help turn rough ideas into working demos Collaborate with the team and communicate progress clearly Contribute creative ideas to Noctis Nova’s direction Qualifications: Interest in AI, software, startups, future tech, or experimental projects Basic understanding of coding concepts Ability to understand and review AI-generated code Willingness to learn and work on early-stage ideas Clear communication and teamwork skills Comfortable using AI tools responsibly Has free time and wants to build portfolio-worthy work Bonus skills: Web development UI/UX design Cybersecurity basics Automation Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C, C++, Rust, or similar languages Research, writing, documentation, or content creation
Important note: This is a volunteer contributor position. There is no guaranteed pay, employment, or future compensation. If the project grows and both sides choose to continue, future paid opportunities may be discussed separately.
