About the Role This is a hands-on support role focused on yard operations, equipment handling, parts transportation, shop organization, and fleet readiness. As a Shop / Yard Assistant with our Fleet team, you will: Clean and wash fleet vehicles, tools, equipment, and work areas; Safely operate a tele-handler and other equipment to move parts, materials, and vehicles around the yard; Assist in receiving, organizing, and transporting parts, supplies, and equipment; Perform general yard maintenance and housekeeping duties; Assist with shop organization, inventory, and material handling; Support fleet mechanics and shop personnel with non-technical tasks as required; Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. About You Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented; Comfortable with physical work and machinery operation; Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required; Willingness to learn; Experience using a tele-handler or similar machinery is a plus; Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace.
