We provide a dynamic environment and encourage innovation and growth in a fast paced setting. Reporting to the Boom and Log Yard Supervisor, you will work as part of a high performance team with duties including:

*POSITION OVERVIEW: *

• Dewatering logs for 2 mills
• Keeping log supply for mill input
• Sorting / grading of log species
• Building log decks as mill cuts for grades
• Scow Load
• General walk around inspections of machine(s)
• Grease and refueling daily or as needed

*QUALIFICATIONS: *

• Knowledge of log species (will train if needed)
• Experience with 966-980 or equivalent sized machines
• Min 1 year operational experience
• Able to physically handle heavy materials safely and effectively in yard rolling cables when needed
