Your Responsibilities • You'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for production environments • You'll build and optimize data pipelines, model training workflows, and MLOps processes • You'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions • You'll evaluate, fine-tune, and implement large language models and generative AI applications • You'll monitor model performance, reliability, and scalability across cloud-based environments • You'll contribute to AI governance, model validation, and best practices for responsible AI development

Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years of progressive experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Science, or related technical roles • Strong proficiency with Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost • Experience developing and deploying solutions within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments • Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices, including MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines • Experience working with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, Llama, vector databases, or agent-based architectures • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, APIs, and distributed systems • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
