We are currently seeking a Maintenance / Industrial Mechanic or Technician to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Experience in Working with Robots in a manufacturing environment (Kuka preferably) Troubleshoot, install and repair different types of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial equipment: pumps, motors, gear boxes; including disassembling and reassembling machinery, replacing molds, etc. Assist in prototyping and testing various machinery, equipment, tools etc. Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment Perform work in a manner consistent with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks
Required Qualifications: Good mechanical skills including knowledge of electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding, along with minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance, preferably in the molding industry. An outstanding accountability and ability to lead projects to a successful completion Initiative and independent person with limited supervision required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with outstanding work ethic, discipline, attendance, and safety record Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing - asset
