What You Will Be Doing? Support requirements management lifecycle including allocation, traceability, and compliance tracking Collaborate with the Requirements Manager to manage requirements allocation and evidence collection Perform verification activities (design phase) by reviewing technical documentation and ensuring requirement compliance Perform validation activities (construction phase) by assessing field data and construction evidence Coordinate with cross-functional teams Support Test & Commissioning activities for civil infrastructure scope Review and analyze drawings, reports and other engineering documents Contribute to Safety and Security Certification processes Maintain and update requirements data within IBM DOORS database Track and report KPIs for Requirements and V&V progress Prepare progress reports, compliance reports, and project documentation

What We Are Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Systems, or related discipline) 0–5 years of experience (mainly in Systems Engineering Lifecycle, Requirements management and civil infrastructure or transit projects) Knowledge of V&V methodologies, requirements traceability and compliance management Experience with IBM DOORS Experience in transit, rail, or infrastructure projects preferred Eligible for or holding Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation Strong written and verbal communication skills IBM DOORS Verification & Validation (V&V) Processes Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) KPI Reporting and Data Analysis Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in railway or transit infrastructure projects Familiarity with V&V frameworks Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Strong organizational and analytical skills' Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently

Expected Compensation Successful candidates chosen for this position can expect to earn between $90,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD The exact salary you will earn within this range is dependant on the specific project to which you are assigned.
