Proactive Problem Solving: Actively identify systemic bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and independently bring structured solutions, frameworks, and modern methodologies to the table. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner deeply with Engineering and Product leadership to instill a "culture of quality" early in the product lifecycle, influencing roadmap decisions with quality metrics. Automation & Architecture Strategy: Oversee the evolution of our automated testing frameworks, shifting the team toward high-impact automation while maintaining tactical balance with manual exploration where necessary. Metrics & Visibility: Establish clear, meaningful quality KPIs and deliver strategic analysis reports to the executive leadership team to drive data-backed operational improvements.

Experience, Skills, and Requirements Senior Technical Leadership: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of owning QA strategy and managing/growing high-performing teams.
