At EBC, quality is not an afterthought — it’s built into everything we deliver. As a Senior Quality Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our ICI projects meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and constructability from pre construction through close out.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, consultants, and trade partners, acting as a go to expert for quality planning, inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement on complex, high profile building projects.

Responsibilities

Quality Leadership & Oversight

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Project Quality Management Plans (PQMPs) for ICI projects.
• Act as the primary quality resource on site, ensuring alignment with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Champion a proactive quality culture across site teams and trade partners.

Inspections, Audits & Compliance

• Plan and conduct field inspections, quality audits, and verification activities at all critical stages of construction.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, testing agencies, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders.
• Track deficiencies, ensure timely corrective actions, and verify close out.

Documentation & Systems

• Manage quality documentation including ITPs, checklists, NCRs, turnover packages, and close out documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized records using project systems such as Procore or equivalent platforms.
• Support lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Superintendents, designers, and subcontractors to resolve quality related issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Quality Coordinators or project staff as needed.
• Participate in coordination meetings (OACs, site meetings, design coordination) with a quality focused lens.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction quality roles within ICI projects.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction sequencing, and workmanship standards.
• Hands on experience with quality processes, inspections, testing coordination, and document control.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Quality related certifications (or working toward them) are considered an asset.
• Regular on site presence required.
• This role requires eligibility for Secret Level Security Clearance. EBC will support the successful candidate through the required government security screening process to ensure they meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information and sensitive assets. In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $95,000 - $145,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC’s comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
